I have a very similar philosophy as do you. A lot of what you put went through my head as I made my blog post. A teacher NEEDS to accompany all angles of a child. In order to do so, you need to be flexible and focus on the individual. Constantly changing lessons, making htem interactive and interesting will inspire children to learn, and accepting them for who they are helps create a wonderful teacher-student relationship.
